Beachfront villa Aphrodite is a beautiful villa laying on 130 sq/m right next to the beach, located in Kassandra peninsula Halkidiki, which is surrounded by green and trees, with a big private yard of 300 sq/meters filled with grass for kids to play and grand barbecue.

The property consists 3 double bedrooms with 1 bunk bed ideal for 2 childrens, living room, fully equipped kitchen and 2 WC/Showers. Our villa hosting maximum 6 adults and 2 child's.

The property consists a really big living-room, accommodate even the largest families with a comfortable sofa and chaise lounge as well as one swivel chair. A 40 inch LED TV with satellite TV dish will offer relaxation during the hours you will not stay at home. Equipped with two dining tables, this house can accommodate big families or even two friendly ones make your vocation family centered and spend a great time together.

 The ground level holds a fully equipped and functional kitchen with a cooker, dish washer and big refrigerator will offer you anything you need to cook for you and your family when you don't want to eat outside. Also a WC/Shower is available.

On the first floor level, you can find a WC/shower and a big cabinet to store your swimming towels. The first bedroom has a king size bed (170x200) a 32 inch LED TV with satellite access and a big wardrobe to store your clothes during your stay.

 The second bedroom is equipped with a double bed (170x200) a 32 inch LED TV with satellite access and a beautiful skylight in the center of the ceiling.

The master bedroom holds a king size bed (180x200) two balconies viewing the sea and the side of the house and a big wardrobe for your clothes. A 32iLED TV will keep you company during the night or your afternoon nap.

The house also has a kids room where a bunk bed fit ideal for children’s. With a beautiful view of the back yard and a 23 inch LED TV the kids can relax and enjoy their vocation.

The top floor bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, a washing machine and a cabinet to store anything from your towels to your swimming suits and cosmetic products.

The property is ideal for family or friends relaxation rental vacation.
