Note:

Two other houses (attached to each other), owned by relatives and a small guest house are built in the same plot (6.000 sq.m.). Neither of them is attached to the “villa” and neither of them is for rent. The two houses are built 10m back and to the side of the “villa”. The guest house is built even further in the back. Due to the location of the other houses, you have the feeling that you leave alone, in a private plot.
