Villa Ermioni

Villa Emioni is a lovely modern villa located in Kassandra peninsula Halkidiki with spacious garden only few steps away from a beautiful and quiet beach. The villa has two buildings sharing the same garden giving you more options of privacy and comfort. The property located just a few meters away from the beach.

Villa on details:

The first building divided into three levels. The ground floor where you find a living room with flat TV and AC, a modern fully equipped high tech kitchen (oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge and freezer) and a toilet with a shower.

The second floor consists of three bedrooms and a bathroom with a washing machine. All bedrooms offer spacious closets, their own A/C, and their own balconies, two of the them look at the beach and one of them at the back garden.

At the basement there is a spacious play room with one double bed and a sofa for your facility.

The second building is a ground floor, easy to access for people who want to avoid stairs. There are also two bedrooms, a living room with a flat TV, a modern kitchen, one bathroom, a washing machine and air conditioning. In the garden there are furniture so you can enjoy your meals and sun-beds for taking the sun. Outdoor shower with hot water, private car parking spaces and BBQ facilities.

The beach is only few steps away from you! A private door, opposite of the villa, leads to the beach (keys for the door are provided). The villa is located in a calm family friendly neighborhood where you can have your privacy, however, shops and restaurants are three minutes drive. The food in the area is delicious and fresh fish is recommended! Our team will be happy to provide with the best tipsin the area.

Property rules

Damage guarantee: 1200 euros.
• Check in after 16h00 and check out before 10h00. Late check-out may be subject to a penalty of 100€.
• No parties allowed.
• No smoking in the house. You can smoke in the garden.
• No pets allowed.
• The maximum persons including toddlers staying in the property considered as stated on the website, 12 people. After booking confirmed the owner is not obliged to accept any further person. Any unauthorized people found, may be subjected to a 100€ charge per person per day.
• Please do not take any stuff from the kitchen to the beach. The majority of the glasses and plates are breakable and there is a fear of injury.
• During check out the house has to be clean and returned same condition as taken. All kitchen appliances must be cleaned and returned as found during check-in. Garbage must be disposed of.
• No articles can be taken with you at the check-out.
