The residential area is 184 sq.m. The garden area of the property is 250 sq.m. On the ground floor there is a spacious living room with upholstered furniture, fireplace and TV, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, a bathroom with a shower.

A living room with direct access to a furnished terrace with a marble countertop and chairs with a sea view. The kitchen has access to the second furnished terrace with barbecue.

On the second floor holds 2 bedrooms with double beds, clothes wardrobes, air condition, with their own bathrooms, balconies (table and chairs) with sea views and a garden. In the main bedroom with a sea view you find TV.

On the third floor there is another large bedroom with a double bed with sea view, TV and your own bathroom with a shower.
