Beachfront Private villa Rosa is a unique beachfront property for rental, located in Vourvourou region Sithonia peninsula Halkidiki. The property laying on a private area of 350 sq/m divided into 2 levels ground and 1st floor.

Beachfront Private villa Rosa in Halkidiki offers 5 luxurious bedroom suites, 4 of which are located on the first floor and the other one on the ground floor. Also the five suites has a private bathroom with its own terrace and courtyard. Amenity-wise, each suite has a satellite smart TV, Wi-Fi and air-conditioning system. In additon two of the suites are connected to each other through a door, this can be quite helpful in case of a family with small children. The property hosting up to 10 guests.

All visitors can access the main living room at the ground floor level where a fully functional kitchen and a semi-open dining area are to be found, along with a guest WC. The entire house features designer furniture and modern electrical appliances, while the exterior blends pathways, sitting spaces and pergolas along with a sheltered breakfast area.

All suites have their own enter from outside of the property, as a result of this you can feel the complete privacy.

A fully equipped barbeque with a sink, faucet and refrigerator bar is also located outside for common use.

The villa is ideal for absolute relaxation, privacy as for yoga retreat lovers.

The Beach

Portable umbrellas and chaise-lounges are available for guests to enjoy the secret gulf and beach by the sea, along with washbasins, showers and a toilet/change room. Beach villa Greece is ideal for a luxury and private vacation. Crystal clear water, shallow, no stones, only sand, completely safe.
