NEOS MARMARAS The beach of Neos Marmaras is located on the edge of the village towards its south side. It is a long beach that reaches the facilities of Porto Karras. Along the coast you will find many taverns and bars and certainly a wonderful view of the islet of Kelfos which is opposite. Full of water sports activities, inflatable toys, water slides for young and old friends, sea parachutes, jet skis, water skis, etc.
SPATHIES BEACH A small beach just before Neos Marmaras that will enchant even the most demanding. On the beach you will find fine sand and rocks, and pine trees reaching in front of the wave, creating an image that you will only find on the Spathies coast.
It got its name from some engravings on the rock that are supposed to have been made by a sword.

- For booking: 50% prepayment is required in order to secure the dates.
- The balance 50% setteld 60 nights before the arrival date.
- Climate Resilience Tax – Summer, which is 10 euros/night, paid by the guest upon arrival.

- Smoking: Smoking is limited only to the respective outdoor areas. Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodation (villa) but is allowed on the balconies of each of them.
- Pets: No pets allowed at the property
- Security deposit :500 euros
- Silence hours from 15:00 – 17:30 as after 23:00 – 07:00
- No parties allowed at the properties
- Please do not take any item from the property
- The tenants are solely responsible for any material damage caused to the rented accommodation and all other facilities (internal and external), either by their voluntary or unintentional action, or by negligence.
